problem
I changed the ribbon of the sewing machine but now the cloth is not getting stitched. I did exactly what is told in the user manual but it is still not helping. The thread from the needle is not holding the thread that is put at the bottom. Please help in this matter or give me the details of the stitching machine customer care.
