Can the customer earn and burn Zillion points at Naaptol?

Customer can earn and burn Zillion points @ Naaptol for orders placed on Naaptol website only.

What are the benefits of Zillion?

Customer can make full/partial payment through Zillion points

What are my eligibility criteria to become a member of Zillion?

The eligibility criteria to become a Zillion member are:

  • One should be above the age of 18years.
  • One should have a mailing address in India.

What is a Zillion card?

  • A Zillion card is your membership card to the Zillion loyalty program.
  • It uniquely identifies every member with his/her membership/card number.
  • It is not a payment instrument like credit or debit cards.
  • It enables you to earn points from our various partners.

How long is my Zillion Card valid?

  • Zillion membership card is valid for lifetime.

I don't have Zillion Account, what will I do to open New Zillion account?

How can I earn Zillion Point on Naaptol?

You can earn Zillion points on Naaptol by Purchasing products from Naaptol website. However customer should provide his Zillion account number or registered phone number with Zillion during order placement on Naaptol website to become entitled for earning points.

How many points can I earn from Naaptol?

  • 4 points for every Rs. 100 spent without Zillion on Naaptol Website.
  • For e.g. if order amount is Rs 1000 and Rs. 300 is paid through Zillion then customer is entitled to earn Zillion points only on Rs 700 on that order i.e. only 28 Zillion points.

When will I get the points from Naaptol?

You will be entitled to earn Zillion points after 14 days when your order is marked as "Order Delivered" and if there is no open complaint against that order with complaint type as:

  • Accessory Failure.
  • Accessory-Gift missing/Incomplete product.
  • Product Failure Within Warranty.
  • Request For Different Product.
  • Transit Damage.
  • Used Product.
  • DOA(Dead On Arrival).
  • Empty Parcel Received .
  • Once the file is created it will take 2-3 working days to reflect that in customers Zillion account.
  • Hence the customer Zillion account is credited within14 days from order delivered.

If I am forget my account number OR Password then how can I will get that?

I am not able to redeem my Zillion Points, what can I do?

Following is steps to be followed while redeem Zillion Points:

  • When you buy any product from Naaptol website, in shopping cart there is two checkbox, select "Want to earn points".
  • Select Zillion in dropdown list.
  • Enter your Zillion ID or Registered Mobile Number with Zillion.
  • Click on Apply.
  • On post click it shows message "Your Zillion id for earning points have beensaved kindly Proceed to Checkout for order placement".

Can I redeem my Zillion points at Naaptol website?

Yes, Customer can redeem Zillion points at Naaptol website.

How can I redeem my Zillion Points?

Look for Zillion REWARDS for redemption during checkout process.

How much I can redeem on particular order?

Customer can redeem points start from 4 to points that can customer have.

Is part payment Possible during check out?

-Customer can pay partial payment through Zillion points and other payment modes (Like credit/debit etc...) at Naaptol.

Can the customer earn Zillion points while redeeming points on Naaptol? ?

  • Yes, as partial payment is available on Naaptol, customer can earn points on cash component, not on point's redemption 4 points for every Rs. 100 spent without Zillion on Naaptol Website.
  • For e.g. if order amount is Rs 1000 and Rs. 300 is paid through Zillion then customer is entitled to earn Zillion points only on Rs 700 on that order i.e. only 28 Zillion points.

I am not able to redeem my Zillion Points, what can I do?

Following is steps to be followed while redeem Zillion Points.

  • First check how many Rewards Points you have in your Naaptol Account.
  • Check whether you are selected Zillion Rewards as option or not.
  • Click on calculate to display Points you want to redeem(4 Points=1Rs).
  • Click on Click here to redeem.
  • Check order summary on right hand side, check reward redeemed points and accordingly Net Payable Amount is correct or not.
