1.What is this Shopping Cart thing? ?

Shopping cart is a basket where you can accumulate all your products and pay the grand total at the time of check out just like you do in a shopping mall.

2.What is checkout?

Check out is the last step of your buying process. At this step you will require to make your payments.

3.Why do I need a billing address?

This is to generate Invoice with the billing address in case the shipping and billing address is not same as you may have multiple shipping addresses stored for gifting purpose.

4.How do I get a record my order?

You can get a detailed record of your order under My Account.

5.What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order.

6.How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail, SMS or whatsapp will be sent to you once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your account.

7.What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now.

8.How can I place an order?

To place an order, please follow these steps:

a.Select the product you'd like to buy and 'Check Availability at' your preferred pincode

b.Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now

c.Choose or 'Add delivery address'. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order. OR

d.You may call Us on our call centre number and give Deal Code which is displayed on our TV Show you might have watched and the Agent will place the order for you

9.Can I change my address after my order is placed?

Any address change is accepted till the order is not dispatched.

10.Can I change the product after my order is placed?

Any product change is not accepted after the order is placed. You may wish to book new order again.
