• Only one order per GV can be placed. No two GVs can be clubbed together for single order.
• If the GV No. is non functional on account of any technical reason, your sole remedy and the sole liability of naaptol shall be to reissue / replacement of the particular GV.
• Naaptol is not responsible for the lost or stolen GV and no representation in this regards will be accepted in any form.
• GV in not redeemable / refundable for Cash and cannot be returned for a Cash refund under any circumstances.
