NAAPTOL LOYALTY POINTS PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Naaptol Loyalty Points Program is a Loyalty Program for all shoppers of Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd shopping on television, website & mobile app
  • Customers shopping with Naaptol will be eligible to earn Naaptol Loyalty Points against their shopping. For every Rs.100/- purchase a Diamond Member will earn 100 Naaptol Loyalty Points.
  • Diamond Members shopping with Naaptol & having their Birthday/Anniversary registered with us will be eligible to earn 500 Naaptol Loyalty Points on the event dates which will be credited to their account.
  • Diamond members will get 100% shipping charges waiver on all orders for 1 year from date of becoming a Diamond Member.
  • The Naaptol Loyalty Points earned by members on shopping will get credited to their accounts post successful delivery of the ordered product and may not be usable for redemption till such time.
  • Members can redeem their earned Naaptol Loyalty Points for gifts from the Gift Catalog and need to place a regular order to avail redemption. The redemption catalog will be sent to all Diamond members along with their orders.
  • Members will have to call Naaptol on the number given on TV/Web/App post choosing the desired gift from the catalogue for redemption of points.
  • The opted redemption gifts will be sent to the members along with a regular order placed to avail redemption.
  • Redemption of Naaptol Loyalty Points for Gifts can only be done against accumulated Naaptol Loyalty Points in a members account. The earned Naaptol Loyalty Points cannot be encashsed or used for purchase of any product except from Naaptol Gift Catalogue and are non transferable.
  • In case the product is returned and refund is processed for that order, the Naaptol Loyalty Points earned against that purchase will be reversed.
  • Naaptol Loyalty Points earned will expire in 6 months from the date of crediting the same to members account if not utilized for redemption & expired points will not be credited back to members account.
  • The company reserves the right to alter or withdraw the scheme without prior information.
  • The scheme is subject to Force Majeure.
  • All disputes will be under Thane jurisdiction, if any.
NAAPTOL DIAMOND SUBSCRIPTION OFFER - TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Naaptol Diamond is a Subscription Offer for all shoppers of Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd shopping on television, website & mobile app.
  • Naaptol Diamond Subscription Offer is valid for all customer who can opt for the scheme by paying Rs.599/- to upgrade their membership to Diamond membership and get Shipping Charges waiver for 1 year from date of subscription.
  • Members who opt for the subscription offer & are from Silver will be automatically upgraded to Diamond Tier and will get the Rewards & Bonus points benefit of Diamond Members.
  • The subscription offer will automatically lapse post completion of 1 year from date of offer subscription until renewed by member by again paying the subscription value as decided by Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd at that point of time.
  • The company reserves the right to change the Subscription value and any member opting for the offer will have to pay the prevailing rates.
  • The existing members who have subscribed for the offer and whose subscription is in force will continue to enjoy the benefit even if the subscription rates are revised.
  • The subscription value paid by members for the offer is non-refundable and will give them benefit of Free Shipping for 1 year from date of subscription.
  • In case the product ordered along with the subscription order is returned due to any reason and refund is processed, the product value will be refunded and subscription value will be retained by Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd as membership fees valid for 1 year from subscription date for all future orders.
  • In case the order in which the customer has opted for the Diamond Membership is returned for any reason and the subscription fees is not paid by the customer to Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd, the Subscription will be deemed invalid and in order to become a Diamond Member, the customer will have to place a fresh order and opt in for Diamond Membership again.

NAAPTOL GIFT CATALOGUE
  • This promotion will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying promotion details (collectively the "Terms"). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their
  • participation in the promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
  • The Organizer of the promotion is Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. ("Organizer"), which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this promotion.
  • The gifts mentioned in the Free Shopping Gift Catalogue are redeemable against the earned Naaptol loyalty points only.
  • Customers can redeem gifts basis sufficient Naaptol loyalty points being available in their shopping account & selected gifts Naaptol loyalty points value will be deducted from their account against redemption order.
  • Gifts cannot be redeemed on Naaptol website. Customer will need to call on one of the Naaptol TV channel numbers or on 0922-006-2000 to place the order for redemption.
  • The gifts can be redeemed only while placing a product order and dispatch of ordered product & free gift opted will be done together.
  • The gift redemption is subject to availability at the time of placing the order. Dispatch will be done basis availability and customer will be intimated accordingly.
  • The images in the catalogue are for representation purpose only and actual product may differ.
  • Naaptol may change or vary the rate at which Naaptol loyalty points is awarded and redeemed. The value at which gifts are redeemed is dynamic, varies from item to item and is subject to change at any time without any notice. Customers need to refer to the catalogue or check with the Naaptol Call Centre at the time of redemption for the applicable value.
  • Naaptol loyalty points accrued under this Program have no cash or monetary value.
  • Earned Naaptol loyalty points is neither exchangeable for other products not listed in the Gift redemption catalogue, nor refundable, or transferable for cash under any circumstances.
  • In the event where the order with which the redeemed gift is dispatched gets returned to us for any reason, redeemed Naaptol loyalty points will be reversed to the customer?s shopping account in 7 working days.
  • Selection of products offered under the Gift redemption catalogue is and will be at the sole discretion of Naaptol and is liable to change without notice.
