whirlpool service too bad

Whirlpool Whitemagic PRO / 7.0 KG F.A. WM 700H I brought whirlpool whitemagic pro / 7.0 kg f.a. wm 700h on 3rd July 2010 from G-MART Edappally. After washing 6 times with in two weeks, it began to show constant DL,LE codes. I've called Whirlpool about this issue 3x. For each complaint the technician replaced some parts in it, but in vain. Fed up with this, I call the Whirlpool Area Manager, I am told that since it's a minor issue, they won't replace it but they will repair it. So I contacted dealer, G-MART, they said replacement would come with in two working days. Now its one month after the request and in spite my numerous phone calls, hours on hold, old machine is still at home. I brought this machine thinking that Whirlpool was a trustworthy company, but that has proved to not be true. The daily frustration I feel while using this crippled whirlpool whitemagic pro / 7.0 kg F.A. WM 700h is enormous. I am furious! Save Money, Save Your Energy, Save Your Time.
