a qualitative product
Kent grand is an amazing product with a good after sales service and a very good technolgy i.e RO Mineral which not only gives a safe and healthy water but at the same time retains the essential mineral content in the water.

The Prodect is superb....
Well Kent RO purifier is certainly better than aquaguard. RO stands for reverse osmosis and it helps in keeping the essential nutrients like sodium necessary for the human body in the water. Only the impurities are removed. But, in aquaguard all the minerals are removed. The essence of the human body is not taken into account. Please buy kent RO water purifier only. And don't think that I am endorsing this brand. I am a high school student so I know about these things. All the best!

Works well but only for the initial times
The product is good if water quality is good. The moment water quality goes to around 750 ppm (or little more), this product's output (clean water) starts deteriorating. And then few days, it stops working properly. You report and the service guys will change the RO memberane. But the momemt you cross 1 year of installation of the product, the service guys stop serving the product. Big problem. Yoy pay 3k for the memberane but it will again go bad very soon. Now the product is just uselessly sitting in my home and doing nothing. 15k wasted.
