first player in the service but loosing old customers like me....

i am using the service from last 3-4 years. there are some packages where despite of payment one is not able to view them because they included in higher pricing package. example: UTV Bloomberg. the quarrels among Neo sports continued so it will not be available. ET now channel few days before it was available. Dealers are not informing changes done in the ad on packages at the time of renewal. no email updates about that. in short good hardware quality but costly to repairs and will fletch to effectively high payment and limited channel options.........
