Royal Enfield Classic 500 has a single cylinder, 4 stroke machine with twin spark engine. Royal Enfield Classic 500 engine is made as a unique Unit Construction Engine (UCE) meaning the gearbox and complete engine is enclosed into single chassis. Unit Construction Engine lowers any kind of transmission losses by reducing any kind of friction between moving parts. This 499cc engine gives a power of 27 horses at 5250 rpm and a maximum torque of 41.3 Nm at 4000 rpm. Royal Enfield Classic 500 has both electric and kick start which ignites its digital electronic ignition system. Royal Enfield Classic 500 equipped with Keihin Electronic Fuel Injection fuel supply returns an average fuel economy of 30kmpl and has top speed of 129 kmph.

I think this the most stylish bike in india and insist the people to look the bike. I baught this bike in 2006 . at the very first day i thought its very heavy and i cudnt start this but believe me though it heavy but you will enjoy the riding .
