Capture the World
How about a camera that takes stable pictures although your hands are not steady? Wow! That?s what you will feel after you have an experience with Panasonic DMC FX50. This camera which comes from the house of Panasonic, is one of the best in the market. This stylish camera is not just great in looks but in features as well.

Key Features
Panasonic DMC FX50 camera has a CCD imaging sensor. CCD sensor works by converting light into electrons. Also CCD sensor is known for creating images that are high on quality and low on noise. The CCD imaging sensor is powerful 7.2 megapixels. The LCD screen is also 3? large. One of the other benefits of this camera is that it has the option of direct printing. Now you don?t have to connect the camera to your PC to transfer photographs there first then attach it to the printer to get a hard copy of your snap. With Panasonic DMC FX50, you just have to connect it to the printer to get the printout of your snap.

User Friendly Aspects
Another feature that will appeal you to own Panasonic DMC FX50 is the Red-Eye Reduction mode of the camera. With this option, you definitely do not need to worry about the quality of the picture. You will not find those red eyes again in the snaps taken by you from this camera.
The Metering feature of Panasonic DMC LS70 is Multi Metering. Multi metering gives the right exposure to the image when the whole subject is very bright. Centre Weighted Metering and Spot Metering are missing in this camera.

Know More
Panasonic DMC FX50 comes with 3.6x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom.
The dimensions of the camera are 97.7 x 25.1 x 57.1 mm and the weight is 151 grams without the battery set. This is quite heavy for a camera in this range.

Conclusion
Panasonic DMC FX50 is one of the best buys from the house of Panasonic. It is a very sleek and stylish camera with extraordinary features.

hits the wall on photo quality
User lalit - Post Date :24/12/2008

Recommend Product : Yes

Pros : large LCD; solid build quality

Cons : some controls too small

Panasonic hits the wall on photo quality. It fares reasonably well when it comes to exposure, colour and white balance, and the lens is surprisingly good, with no distortion at telephoto and little at the wide angle. But if image noise had a sound, the FX50 would make ears bleed. Its photos start out with significant amounts of noise at the lowest sensitivity setting of ISO 100, and then just get worse.
