Expert Reviews
Expert Rating : Good
Regarding design and look, the MOTOMING A1200 is impeccable here. When it comes to design and innovation. Motorola phones produce techno marvels. The Motorola MOTOMING A1200 is a full-featured business smart phone, but it looks stylish enough to appeal to a ramp model. The transparent flip cover is very striking. It is really a nice touch. Its clamshell design and see-through cover make it an instant attention getter and thats before you get to its brilliant 2.4? LCD screen. The MING has taken it to a new level. The flip is actually a transparent hard plastic cover for the large touch-sensitive screen. At the beginning the handset had been available in two color schemes ? silvery-white and black and later the red-painted edition, which doesn?t seem feminine, this MING is positively good-looking.
A1200 functionality comes in secondary place because of its significant design grab all the attention at first. The MING measures up at 95.7x51.7x21.5 mm and weighs in at 119 grams. Dimensions-wise the handset is similar to an ordinary flip phone. Its display produces sharp text, while its colors are bright and well contrasted. Using the A1200 in even very bright environments is no trouble. The buttons all have a very positive feel to them, and are quickly recognizable by feel. The picture quality is superb, and is impossible to fault. In the sun it remains well-visible. The A1200 also have a business card reader. In this switch the camera into macro mode and take a photo of a business card, after which the software will OCR the text and then let you add this data to your existing list of contacts. The touch screen also picks up fingerprints with ease. Nothing can be done about that design and functionality. The flip feels solid and when talking on the phone it feels secure. The touch screen is impressive. I found the voice quality to be excellent especially relative to their current offerings. A1200 have 2.0 mega pixel camera with slot to store the stylus. The design is so flawless that it makes you think the entire phone is sealed, when all you need do is lightly slide the back panel down. The MING is one of a handful of phones that are full of fashion. The model is by no means faceless on the contrary, its good looks is a true eye-catcher. A1200 is a solid phone with a solid interface. It still has all the features of a Motorola product. It has bright and crystal clear 2.4" touch screen display sporting 262K colors with a resolution of 320x240 pixels.
Camera
The Motorola MOTOMING A1200 handset carries a 2 MP camera. The camera interface is exactly like any other Motorola. The camera supports the following resolutions - 1200

Initially i was planning to buy Pebble. i shifted to this model when I saw this in the showroom. I am using this soft piece since July 2008. Any one can enjoy it's touch screen, very good battery backup, Clear voice, good at music, and helpful voice recording.
Various helpful applications are preloaded. User friendly interface to invoke the applications and giving feel like a small computer. I found it is very easy to connect with PC using bluetooth connectivity and File transfer made easy.
The MOTOMING A1200 PDA smartphone comes with an ultra cool transparent transparent cover to help protect the 2.4" 262K vivid color touch-screen display.
Cons : ease of use is little low and sound for the speakers are very low than L6

2 The features in the phone include the software to read almost all format text and other sheets like excel etc.,
3 The OS begin Linux is good against viruses but the market lacks Games and application for this OS.
4. The A1200 features a micro processor from INTEL called Xscale with 533 Mhz speed which helps in saving the battery life and make many process faster.
5 The phone also feature the reading features which reads the msgs and also state various status in the phone such as battery etc.,
