Introduction
In the fast life of modern times, it becomes difficult for any one to cultivate a hobby. Almost everyone has, reluctantly, become a workaholic. And in such a state, giving time and energy for a hobby is almost close to being impossible. At such times, cultivating a hobby like photography is of great help. With a wide range of digital cameras populating the market, it is easy to catch hold of any good digital camera. These cameras are simple to use and very easily portable. So, now, you do not have to decide before hand, where and when you will click snaps. You may do so during a party in the office or during a get together with loved ones or while traveling to a country side. To sum up, you need not pull out specific time from your tight schedules for cultivating a hobby like photography.

Key features
Nikon Coolpix L11 has a 6 megapixel CCD sensor. In this respect, it is a bit advanced in comparison with its closest sister production, Nikon Coolpix L10. L10 is a 5 megapixel camera. It has an LCD display of 2 inches. On the other hand, Nikon Coolpix L11 has an LCD display of 2.4 inches. However, in some respects L11 is very similar to L10. It has a 4x digital zoom and a 3x optical zoom lens. As a result, you are forced to click snaps within the selected area of the digital camera. Apart from this, it has other similar features like Built in Flash, Auto Flash, Red Eye Reduction, etc. transferring, editing and sharing images is also quite easy. Nikon Coolpix L11 is enabled with Direct Print and PictBridge. These features make sure you do not need a computer to enhance the communication between your digital camera and a printer.

User friendly aspects
It is a simple gadget with a relatively compact design. The operating system is very simple. The joystick available ensures that navigating through the various menu buttons is easy so that consequently operating the gadget becomes easy. It has large buttons that make operating the camera all the more easy. It also comes with a mode slider and a zoom rocker. These entire options make operating Nikon Coolpix L11 a cake walk. It has the In-Camera Red-Eye Fix which is an in camera editing feature that lets you pluck out the red spots on the pupils of the eye of the subject. Apart from this, Face-Priority AF detects and tracks faces in photos, and adjusts focus to stay on those faces, instead of just the closest subject. You also get to manage white balance, exposure compensation and a handful of scene presets. The images received are crisp and clear and deliver accurate color.

Conclusion
Nikon Coolpix L11 is an ideal camera for beginners since it delivers technically up to date performance. It won't disappoint you by anyways, since it comes with a low price tag as well.
