The laptop also has an integrated NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M video card, integrated modem and sound card, Wifi, Touchpad mouse, in-built speakers and microphone and a Built-in camera. It comes with interfaces like Express Card slot, S-Video port, 3 USB ports, Firewire port, Bluetooth, infrared port and a 5 in 1 Digital Media Reader. The HP Pavilion DV6701AU comprises of a 15.4" screen which offers a 1280 x 800 WXGA perfect view display. Look wise the DV6701AU is very similar to its predecessor the DV6501AU which was virtually the same to the DV6700 and with fine motive. The design of the DV6701AU has been incredibly booming for HP and it is still debatably one of the most excellent designs on the market. By means of the same outer casing consumers get an eye-catching notebook and HP saves on manufacture expenses.

With the dimensions of 357 x 257 x 25.4 mm and the weight of 2.75 kg HP Pavilion DV6701AU comes under the category of light weight notebooks.

The operating system comes with a Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium; it also has the standard memory of 1024 MB. DDR2 667 MHz is the memory type of the HP DV6701AU which supports the maximum memory up to 4GB. The internal hard disk drive is 160 GB and the hard disk controller is of SATA Hard Disk Drive with the speed of 5400 rpm. The memory card device is 5-in-1 integrated Digital Media Reader for Secure Digital cards, MultiMedia cards, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro.

The full-sized keyboard has 101 well-matched keys. The keys on HP DV6701AU have excellent cushion and response will be quiet during use. There are separate keys for home, end, page up, and page down. This has the added advantage of improving the angle of the keyboard which makes typing much more pleasant.
The touchpad is good and big and features a strong and receptive facade that is also enclosed in the HP Imprint Finish. The noticeable erect scroll section is similarly precise and approachable. The unique feature of this notebook is the touchpad on/off button.

i use this laptop and i satisfised by using this laptop have a problem that this is not comfortable with windows xp properly
